Coach Pia is one of the Philippines’ most prominent personal and professional coaches. She is an Accredited Master Coach and a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach with over 25 years of experience in human capital development, leadership and emotional intelligence.
A Harvard Business School graduate of Behavioral Economics, she is widely recognized for her human-centric approach, which combines neuroscience and behavioral economics to help people find clarity in their lives.
In 2010, Coach P (as fondly called by her team and peers), founded OneCORE. Its mission was born out of a desire to provide life skills and clarity-based coaching serving executives, families and organizations.
OneCORE operates on the principle that “you can’t give what you do not have”. It focuses on LIfe Integration across five key aspects: Self, Family, Social Life, Career/Academics and Sense of Purpose. Coach Pia , THE VISIONARY
Under her leadership, OneCORE launched The Clarity Movement to empower individuals to move from a “Challenged Zone” to a “Clarity Zone” using brain-based diagnostics.
The moment everything changed.
Coach Pia’s journey as an advocate for the Clarity Movement was deeply personal, rooted in a life-altering event that shifted her perspective on success and purpose.
The catalyst for her advocacy was a near-death experience in 2004 that eventualy left her physically unharmed but spiritually transformed. During those critical moments, she realized that personal clarity — knowing one’s core values and purpose – was not just a luxury but a necessary foundation for a meaningful life.
Following this experience she dedicated herself to “inner work” and professional coaching. Her advocacy took formal shape through the following milestones:
An organization focused on clarity- based coaching and serves as a primary engine for The Clarity Movement, integrating neuroscience and behavioral economics to help people “ focus on what matters”.
She developed a structured approach to personal growth, moving individuals from a “Challenged Zone” to a “Clarity Zone” through authenticity and self- mastery.
She expanded her reach by establishing a community where individuals can support each other in their pursuit of clarity, emphasizing that the journey is not a race but a return to oneself.
Family is the first circle.
For Coach Pia, family is not just a personal priority; it is the laboratory for her coaching methodologies. As a mother and a wife, she shares her own struggles, demonstrating that her love is resilient and a constant work in progress.
